oh, for pete's sake.... what the hell is this nonsense all about?

Hot Rod Magazine has a couple guys that are major domos, and they have an online thing they are trying to promote (so they don't have to work on the magazine? so they gain online traffic for advertisers? No idea) that they call roadkill. It started as a junkyard rebuild type thing.

But this? To a new car?

Dodge decided to sponsor them, and give them hellcat Challengers, Chargers, and Vipers.

How that sells 100,000 dollar cars, to a hot rod demographic, I don't know. Do millionaires read Hot Rod magazine?

So anyway, back to the ugly. Why make a new car ugly? For free publicity from guys like me that think it's stupid and ugly?

  1. Most likely Jesse, but honestly, I like the '68 better then the new one. Oh well, back to my cave.

  2. I agree with the comment about pretty doesn't make fast, but I have to say I prefer a nice clean finish.
